I decided to become a massage therapist after a lengthy career in the medical field as a licensed nursing assistant. I wanted to continue to help people and what better way then massage therapy. I graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health on September 1,  2022 and have been working for Elements Massage in Bedford, NH as an Elite Massage Therapist. 

I tailor each massage session based on the client’s symptoms, medical history and treatment goals. I utilize various techniques and modalities, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Neuromuscular and Myofascial. I am experienced in Lymphatic Drainage, prenatal massage, cupping and hot stones. 

My goal is to help increase relaxation, reduce stress, lessen muscle tension and pain, and improve overall health and well-being.
